摘要
采用PDCA的方法改进医院服务,使医院的服务质量、服务态度、后勤保障工作都有了很大的改进,但总结发现,处方质量改进并不显著,将之纳入下一个PDCA。
The study adopted PDCA method to improve hospital service, which greatly improved the quality of hospital serv- ice, service attitude, hospital management and logistical support. The outpatient quantity in Beijing Children's Hospital increased continually with the number of complaints declining over the past two years. Based on the actual work, the case adopted scientific management methods for continuous improvement and achieved good effect.
