摘要
采用现代血站管理信息系统和全程数字电话录音系统,将现代通信及网络技术与血液中心内部管理系统数据库进行整合,搭建融献血服务网、献血服务热线、短信平台于一体的献血综合服务平台,为献血者及社会大众提供标准化、规范化、专业化的"一站式"服务。献血服务平台统一了中心对外服务渠道,壮大了固定无偿献血者队伍,提高了血液采集量,保障了临床血液供应安全。
Through the modem advanced blood center management information system and whole digital telephone recording system, the modern communication and network technology was with integrated with information in internal management system database in blood center. A blood donation comprehensive service platform was established, which included blood donation serv- ice network, hotline and short message service platform, to provide standardization, normalization and specialization "one -stop" service for blood donors and normal people. The service channels was unified ,volunteer blood donors team got stronger , blood vol- ume was increased, and the safety of clinical blood supply was guaranteed.
