在环境压力越来越大的今天,污染源动态监管在环境保护中发挥的作用也越来越大,成为污染源监管的重要手段。对辽宁省污染源动态监管系统的特点、功能以及创新性进行详细分析,总结了整个系统实施并成功业务化运行过程中,积累的智能化动态监管经验,以供以后工作借鉴。
Today＇s environment pressure is more and more big, dynamic regulatory role of the sources of pollution in the environmental protection is becoming more and more important, and become a key means of pollution regulation. The paper made a detailed analysis on the characteristics, function and its innovative property of dynamic supervision system in Liaoning province. And sums up the implementation of the whole system in the process of operation and the accumulation of intelligent dynamic supervision experience, provides reference for the later work.
