摘要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,人们在网上求医的需求也日益增加,互联网医疗成为人们防治疾病的又一手段。但互联网医疗也带来了一定的问题,如相关概念界定不清晰、不同机构服务权限不明确、医疗纠纷责任划分不清等。通过对上述问题进行分析,并对互联网医疗行为的概念进行界定,为互联网医疗的发展提出建议。
With the rapid development of science and technology, people＇s demand of network medical treatment is increasing. However, at the same time, there are some problems which should be paid attention to, such as the related concept is not clear, different institutions service authority is not clear, the responsibility of medical disputes is not clear, etc. According to analyzing these problems, this article will throw out suggestions for the development of net work medical treatment.
