摘要
基于成人学习的特点和结合案例教学理论而形成的案例培训模式,不仅能克服传统教师培训模式的弊端,也能激发参训教师的学习积极性,还能使参训教师用案例去阐释和理解教育教学理论。案例培训模式的价值也逐渐凸显,其中主体性价值就从案例培训模式的反思性、主动性、实践性、互动性四个方面的特征来体现。
Case training model (CTM) is based on the characteristics of adult learning, and it also combines with case teaching theory. It can not only overcome the disadvantages of traditional teacher training model, but also stimulate the learning initiatives of trainees. In addition, it can make trainees use cases to explain and understand educational teaching theory. The value of case training model also gradually emerges. The subjective value of case training model can be seen in these four characteristics--reflection, initiation, practice, and interaction.
