摘要
基于部分大学教师成为"事务主义者"、"教书匠"和"纯粹职业者"的角色所呈现出"精神虚无、激情缺失、德性迷失"的现实扫描,基于"立德树人"的目标需要、教师主体的存在基础和知识分子的存在要求等理论澄明,大学教师应主动经过精神教养和思想努力,摆脱单纯的生物实体和知识实体状态,以包摄生命充盈、精神充实、情感充沛、德性充达的精神实体状态存在。从教师主体角度讲,体认职业的内在自由、理解职业的创造性、享受精神生活是精神实体建构主要方式。而师生精神相遇于大学校园,自由而敞亮地进行精神的理解、沟通和接纳,达成富有生命的精神交流,实现精神超越,则是精神实体建构的归宿与存在形式。
Nowadays, some university teachers lack spirit, affect and morality, and become "routinist", "teacher men" and "pure professionals". According to the requirement of "Enhancing Morality and Fostering Talents", the existence bases of teacher subject and the existence requirements of professionals, university teachers should take the initiative through mental education in order to construct the spiritual substance which is full of vitality, spirit, emotion and morality, instead of the pure biological or sciential entities. From teachers' point of view, understanding the professional inherent freedom and creativity and enjoying the spiritual life are main ways to construct teachers' spiritual entity. In a word, teachers and students meet at university and they bounce their ideas off each other freely. Through lifeful communication, university teachers' spiritual entity and spiritual transcendence will come true.
