摘要
理论界对网络诈骗的研究主要集中在网络的特殊性上,对诈骗区域和受骗人特点研究不多。校园网络诈骗事件层出不穷,已经成为侵犯大学生财产安全的一大毒瘤,究其原因,主要包括大学生信息容易泄漏与网络诈骗行为的密集覆盖,大学生涉世不深与网络诈骗手法多样且周密,大学生多种需求与网络诈骗投其所好,大学生的大多数沉默与网络诈骗的难以根除。当前相关法律法规没有对网络诈骗作专门规定,作为学生生活学习主要场所的学校,应从手段、行为方式、财产属性和对象上对校园网络诈骗进行类型化区分,采取有针对性的手段予以防控。

Current laws and regulations related to Internet fraud have no special provisions,so the universities should adopt appropriate means to divide the online fraud and provide prevention for the students,because they are the main places of learning for students.
