计及暂态电压安全性的风电场无功电压协调控制 被引量:13

Reactive Power and Voltage Coordinated Control Strategy of Wind Farm Considering Transient Voltage Security

摘要 针对风电场并网电压调控问题,提出一种计及双馈风电场暂态电压安全性的无功电压控制策略。在分析典型的放射式集电系统电压分布特点的基础上,对其稳态运行状态设计了相应的无功电压协调控制方案。稳态运行时的电压协调控制以均衡风电机组机端电压裕度、提高无功补偿设备动态储备容量和提高系统电压稳定性为目标,从而在电网电压扰动或电网故障期间有效地预防风电机组连锁脱网,提高风电场运行的安全性,起到预防控制的效果。最后通过实际算例仿真验证了本文所提控制方法的有效性和可行性。 To solve voltage regulation problem caused by wind farm integration, a reactive power and voltage coordinated control strategy considering transient voltage security of doubly-fed wind farm is put forward. Based on analysis of voltage distribution characteristics of typical radial collecting system, corresponding voltage coordinated control scheme is designed for steady state. In order to equalize voltage reserves and increase dynamic reactive power reserve capacity and voltage stability margin of wind farm, steady-state voltage coordinated control strategy can prevent wind turbines chain shedding effectively and improve wind farm safety during power grid voltage disturbance or failure. Simulation of a practical example verifies effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
