摘要
2003年12月23日,四川石油管理局川东钻探公司承钻的位于重庆市开县罗家16H井发生了国内乃至世界气井井喷史上罕见的特大井喷事故,是建国以来死亡人数最多、损失最重的一次特大硫化氢中毒安全事故。为杜绝类似事故重演,预防硫化氢中毒事故的发生,确保钻井安全以及现场员工和周围群众的身体健康和生命安全,在介绍硫化氢气体物理化学性质、危害性和现场硫化氢危险区域分级标准的基础上,阐述了吐哈油田录井现场硫化氢气体传感器安装与校验的环节与重点和硫化氢的监测方法及预防措施等,力求做到立足预防,严格监控,应急施救,确保安全钻井。
On December 23,2003,well Luojia 16 Hoccurred a big blowout accident,the well is located in Kai County,Chongqing City,drilled by Chuandong Drilling Engineering Company of Sichuan Petroleum Administration Bureau,the accident was rare in the history of gas well blowout in China and the world and a serious hydrogen sulfide poisoning accident with the largest number of deaths and the heaviest losses since the founding of the PRC.To prevent similar accidents from happening again and hydrogen sulfide poisoning accidents,ensure drilling safety,and the health and life safety of field staff and the surrounding masses,on the basis of introducing hydrogen sulfide gas physical and chemical properties,hazard and the classification standards of on-site hydrogen sulfide hazardous area,the authors described the link and key of hydrogen sulfide gas sensor installation and check,and hydrogen sulfide monitoring methods and preventive measures for mud logging site in Tuha Oilfield,try to achieve prevention,strict monitoring,emergency rescue and ensure drilling safety.
