摘要
简述锅炉主蒸汽压力设定值的调整策略,分析常规的主蒸汽压力设定值调整方法的缺点及对动态过程中主蒸汽压力的稳定造成的不利影响。经过反复摸索,提出一种通过限制主蒸汽压力设定值的变化速率来调整压力设定值的方法,改善了主蒸汽压力的动态品质,提高了锅炉燃烧动态过程的稳定性。
This paper presents simply the regulating method of boiler main steam pressure set value, analyzes its shortcoming of the traditional set value regulating method and the adverse influence to the main steam pressure stability in the dynamic process. Through a lot test in practice, the paper presents a method of adjusting the pressure set value by limiting the changing rate of main steam pressure set value. The method has improved the main steam pressure dynamic performance, and increased boiler combustion dynamic process stability.
