摘要
为了研究不同持荷水平和不同表面处理措施对木结构节点耐火极限的影响,进行了木材-T型钢填板螺栓连接节点试验.结果表明,木材-T型钢填板螺栓连接节点试件的最终破坏形式为木材在螺栓孔处撕裂,卸载后除梁顶螺栓处有较大纵向裂缝,其余裂缝基本闭合.与持荷水平为10%的试件相比,持荷水平为20%和30%的试件耐火极限分别降低了17.1%和52.1%,持荷水平越高,对耐火极限降低的相对影响越大.表面采用防火涂料处理后,持荷水平为30%的试件耐火极限提高约85%.试件同一横截面、相同埋置深度处同材质材料的温度是相同的,但钢材温度高于木材.
In order to study the effect of different sustained load levels and different fire-retardant treatments on the fire endurance of timber structure nodes, the experiments for the bolted timber connection nodes with slotted-in T-shaped steel plate were carried out. The results show that the final failure mode for the specimens of bolted timber connection nodes with slotted-in T-shaped steel plate is the tearing-out failure of timber around bolt holes. After unloading, the cracks basically close except for the longitudinal cracks around the bolt holes in the upper part of the beam. Compared with the specimen with the sustained load level of 10%, the fire endurance of the specimens with the sustained load levels of 20% and 30% decreases by 17. 1% and 52. 1%, respectively. The higher the sustained load levels are, the larger the effect of sustained load level on the decrease degree of the fire endurance is. The fire endurance of the specimen with the sustained load level of 30% will increase by 85% after adopting the flame-retardant treatment on the surface. The temperatures of the same material with the same cross-section and embedment depth are the same, while the temperature of steel is higher than that of timber.
