羟基锡酸锌协同聚磷酸铵阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫 被引量:4

Flame Retardant Rigid Polyurethane Foam with Ammonium Polyphosphate and Zinc Hydroxystannate

摘要 通过研磨分散法提高了聚磷酸铵(APP)和羟基锡酸锌(ZHS)在聚醚多元醇中的分散稳定性,制备了可以稳定7d的阻燃聚醚。以阻燃聚醚为原料制备阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF),采用氧指数、锥形量热分析对阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫的阻燃性能进行了研究。结果表明,少量ZHS的加入可以使阻燃泡沫的LOI值略有提高,但能明显降低阻燃泡沫的热释放速率峰值和燃烧增长速率指数。热重分析表明ZHS提高了膨胀阻燃RPUF的初期热稳定性和残炭的抗热氧化分解能力,ZHS的协同阻燃作用主要发生在凝聚相。 The dispersing stability of ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and zinc hyd,roxystannate (ZHS) in polyether polyols was improved by ball-milling to prepare flame retardant polyether polyols with one week of homogeneous state. Flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam (RPUF) was prepared using flame retardant polyether polyols. Limiting oxygen index (LOI) and cone calorimetry were used to evaluate the flame retardance. The result show that small amount addition of ZHS can increase the LOI values slightly but decrease the peak value of heat release rate and fire growth rate index greatly. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) results show that ZHS can increase the initial thermal stability and thermal oxidation degradation resistance performance of residual char. The synergistic flame retardance of ZHS mainly occurs in condensed phase.
