摘要 氟在生理代谢过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,适量的氟能促进神经系统及运动系统的生长发育,但摄入过多将会引起一系列的中毒症状。氟骨症是一种慢性骨关节病,其主要侵害四肢关节的软骨、骨及骨周组织。刺猬(Hh)信号通路是一条经典的胚胎发育和分化信号转导系统,在胚胎发育和细胞分化增殖中起重要作用,且Hh信号通路中的许多因子直接对软骨及骨的发育起调控作用。因此,Hh信号通路可能参与氟中毒软骨损害的发病机制。 Fluorine plays an irreplaceable role in the process of physiological metabolism: appropriate amount of fluoride can promote development of the nervous system and motor system,but excessive intake will cause a series of poisoning symptoms. Skeletal fluorosis is a kind of chronic joint disease,which mainly damages the limb joint cartilage,bone and bone tissues. Hedgehog( Hh) signal pathway is a classic signal pathway of embryonic development and differentiation,which plays an important role in cell differentiation and proliferation during the embryonic development. And many factors of the Hh signaling pathway have direct regulatory role on the growth of cartilage and bone. Therefore,the Hh signaling pathway may be involved in the pathogenesis of cartilage damage in fluorosis.
