摘要
设计工作是工程建设的核心环节,是建筑行业的基础性步骤,建筑设计过程中涉及到的大量图纸报告等文件关乎质量安全。本文重点研究档案文件的管理与创新,结合实际设计单位的处理方法以及管理机构的方案特点,通过实际应用并加入管理学知识创新了一系列的管理方法,指出现有档案管理的弊端。研究发现应用现代化信息技术管理方法以及建立完善的管理制度可大大提高设计单位的工作效率,有效降低工作时间跨度以及加快材料的变更;重视档案工作人员的管理与培训,对优化档案管理起到了推进作用。
Design is the core steps of the construction engineering; it is the basic steps of construction industry.Architectural design in-volves a lot of drawings in the process of report and other documents which concerned to quality and safety.This paper focuses on research of archives management and innovation.Combined with the actual design unit processing method and solution characteristics of management organization, in this paper, through the practical application and joining a series of management method, management knowledge was inno-vated, and the existing disadvantages of current archives management were pointed out.Research found the role of modern information technology management methods, and establishment of perfect management system can greatly improve the working efficiency of the design units, effectively reduce the working time span, and speed up the change of the material;Additional personnel management and training for the management of archives play promoting effects.
