摘要 基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台建立AZ31镁合金环件径轴向热轧的三维弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型,分析驱动辊直径对成形环件的应变和温度分布不均匀性以及轧制力能参数的影响规律。结果表明:随着驱动辊直径的增加,成形环件的应变和温度分布越来越不均匀;同时径向轧制力稍有增大,轧制力矩逐渐增加;轴向方向轧制力逐渐减小,轧制力矩逐渐减小。 Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit code, a 3D elastic-plastic and coupled thermo-mechanical FE model of hot radial-axial rolling of AZ31 magnesium alloy was proposed to analyze the influence of drive roller size on the non-uniform distribution of strain and temperature, rolling force and power parameters. The results show that when drive roller size increases, the strain distribution and the temperature distribution of the rolled ring become less homogeneous. In axial direction, the rolling force and rolling torque gradually increase with the increase of drive roller size. In radial direction, the roiling force and rolling torque slight decrease with the increase of drive roller size.
