摘要
采用低表面处理涂料保护是符合野外现场施工作业条件要求的简单易行且保护效果优良的防护方法。选取4种水性涂料及1种油性涂料共5种低表面处理涂料对镀锌板及铁板进行带锈涂覆,采用附着力测试、酸雨浸泡、盐雾试验及户外暴露腐蚀试验分析评价了几种涂料涂层的附着力及耐蚀性能;比较了几种低表面涂料在输电线路杆塔防腐蚀保护中的应用。结果表明:与油性环氧富锌涂料相比,水性涂料的防护性能普遍不高;带锈涂料施工无需对基材作太多的表面处理,涂层附着力及耐蚀性较好,具有一定的发展空间。
Rusty galvanized plates and iron plates were coated by four kinds of aqueous paints and one kind of oily paint,and the adhesion performance and corrosion resistance of these coatings were analyzed by adhesion test and acid rain soaking test. Moreover,the anti-corrosion performance of several kinds of low surface treatment coatings on transmission towers was compared. Results showed that the oily paint had better anti-corrosion performance than those aqueous paints. These rusty paints had excellent adhesion performance and corrosion resistance,showing a promising development in future.
