摘要
阐述了高校实验室管理机制改革的必然性,在借鉴国内高校实验室管理机制改革举措的基础上,从明确定位,构建实验室分类体系、定编定岗,构建与实验室地位和作用相匹配的岗位体系、全员聘任,建立实验室专兼职人员的常态化用人、进人机制、强化培训,建立实验教师、实验技术人员的培养机制、注重考核,建立符合实验教学与管理岗位的职称评聘体系、优劳优酬,建立符合实验教学和管理岗位的绩效考核体系等6个方面提出了实验室管理机制改革的思路。
This article elaborates on the necessity of reforming the laboratory management mechanism in colleges and universities .According to the reform initiatives of the domestic laboratory management system , from the following six aspects:①clearing the positioning ,②constructing the laboratory classification system , and setting a quota for the laboratory status which matches the post system , and full employment , ③establishing the normalized employing staff in the laboratory into the mechanism of intensive training , ④establishing the teachers and technicians’ training system ,focusing on the assessment ,⑤ establishing the evaluation system and payment system for the experimental teaching and management positions , and ⑥establishing the performance appraisal system in accordance with the experimental teaching and management positions ,this article puts forward the reform thought for the laboratory management mechanism .
