开放式创新环境下研发人员知识交流网络的语义建模初探

Semantic Modeling for Knowledge Exchange Networks of R&D Staff in an Open Innovation Environment

摘要 开放式创新环境下,研发人员知识交流日益网络化。本文在界定研发人员知识交流网络概念基础上,对研发人员知识交流网络语义建模的目标和过程进行了初步探讨,重点讨论了反映研发人员知识交流典型概念特征的RKNO本体结构及其对研发人员知识交流网络化运作的支撑作用,以期为后续构建适应研发人员知识交流网络化趋势的信息组织模型提供基础。 In an open innovation environment, knowledge exchange activities of R&D staff areincreasingly networked. In this paper, based on the definition of Knowledge Exchange Networks for R&Dstaff(RKN), semantic modeling for RKN, including the modeling goal and process, is discussed. RKNOontology, which reflects core concepts and attributes of RKN, is presented and the operational mechanismof RKN is shown based on the RKNO ontology. This study is helpful to create an effective informationorganization framework for knowledge exchange activities of R&D staff.
