摘要
针对水电机组启停频繁的特点,对小湾电站开机控制规律进行了深入探讨。研究了各种参数及机组开机规律,对机组开机流程启动源进行了完善并提出优化措施,对部分自动化元器件加入冗余判断,提高了流程判断测点的科学性和机组开机条件判断及过程的可靠性,机组自动开机成功率不断提高。
The starting and shut-down of hydro-generators in Xiaowan Hydropower Station is frequent. The laws of starting and shut-down controls for the hydro-generators in Xiaowan Hydropower Station are studied. By studying the parameters and laws of starting and shut-down, the starting process sources are improved and optimized and some automation components are added with redundancy judgment. These optimizations improve the scientific judgment of starting and shut-down process and the reliability of starting condition judgment, and continuously improve the success rate of unit automatic starting.
