蜂毒素对大鼠膀胱癌P16基因表达作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的蜂毒素对膀胱癌模型大鼠膀胱癌抑制作用,并探讨其可能的机制。方法 MNU制作大鼠膀胱癌原位模型,分别用不同浓度的蜂毒素行膀胱灌注,观察大鼠成活率,计算肿瘤抑制率,RT-PCR和Western blotting检测P16的mRNA和蛋白表达变化。结果蜂毒素对模型大鼠行膀胱灌注后,大鼠生存率为64.15%,肿瘤抑制率为24.03%,RT-PCR和Western blotting检测P16的mRNA和蛋白表达增加,呈剂量相关性。结论蜂毒素能够抑制膀胱癌模型大鼠肿瘤生长,其机制可能与提高P16表达有关。
