摘要 目的利用同步热分析仪对14份不同地点收集但栽培环境相同的附子种质资源进行热分析研究,为附子种质资源鉴定提供新依据。方法 SDT Q600同步热分析仪对供试材料进行25~800℃程序升温扫描,得到其热分析曲线,根据TG-DTG-DSC曲线的差异峰对材料进行层次聚类分析。结果所有供试材料的TG-DTG-DSC热分析曲线总体趋势一致,其中DSC曲线330~490℃和近690℃的两个放热峰表现显著差异,这两个差异峰为附子种质资源鉴定提供了新的参考依据。对供试材料的差异峰进行聚类,将14份附子材料聚为4类,该结果表明当前药用附子种植市场的种质混乱。结论热分析法具有样品用量少,整体性强,图谱易分析的优点,为附子种质资源鉴定提供了高效便捷的新方法。 Objective To evaluate the homogeneity of germplasm resources in aconite, 14 lines were collected in different regions and planted in the same environment, and SDT Q600 simuhaneous thermal analyzer was used. Methods Thermal analysis curves of all tested lines was obtained though arising temperature from 25 ℃ to 800℃. According to the difference of thermal analysis curves, system cluster analysis was performed. Results All tested lines showed similar general trend of thermal analysis curves, with the exception of 2 exothermic peaks in DSC curve in the temperature range of 330℃ - 490 ℃ and 690 ℃ individually, lg test lines showed different exothermic peaks in these two temperature range significantly. All lines were clustered into four groups on the basis of two different peaks. This result indicates that the germplasm resources of aconite showed great variation in market. Conclusion The thermal analysis has the advantage of low sample consumption, high integrity, and easy analysis. Therefore, this methods provide a simple and fast way to evaluate germplasm resource of Aconite.
