摘要
目的建立了罗丹明B-溴酸钾体系测定微量苯酚的抑阻动力学荧光光度法。方法水样经预处理后加入1×10^-5mol/L罗丹明B溶液1.0 ml,1×10^-2 mol/L溴酸钾溶液0.6 ml,0.184 mol/ml硫酸0.4 ml,在80℃水浴条件下加热12 min,于580.0 nm处测定阻抑体系F值和非阻抑体系的荧光强度F0值,计算ΔF(ΔF=F0-F)。结果在0.02~0.44μg/ml的线性范围内,所得苯酚的回归方程为lgΔF=5.502c+4.260 4,r=0.998 0。该方法的检出限为0.017 6μg/ml,该方法的平均回收率为96%~103%,RSD为0.4%~5.7%。结论该方法操作简单,快速,灵敏度和准确度较高,适用于天然水中苯酚的测定。
Objective To establish a new inhibitory spectrophotometric method for determination of trace phenol with rhodamine B-potassium bromate system. Methods 1 ml 1 ×10^-5mol/L rhodamine B,1 ×10^-2mol/L potassium bromate solution,0.184 mol/ml sulphuric acid solution were used in pretreatment of water samples,after water bath heating 12 min at 80℃, the fluorescence intensity of suppression system(F) and unsuppression system(F0) were determinated at 580 nm,and the results of ΔF were calculated(ΔF=F0-F). Results The content of phenol had a linear relationship with the values of ΔF in the range of 0.02-0.44 μg/ml. The linear equation was lgΔF=5.502c+4.260 4,r=0.998 0. The detection limit was 0.017 6 μg/ml,the average recovery rates were 96%-103%,and the RSDs were 0.4%-5.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, high sensitivity and accuracy, and suitable for determination of phenol in natural water.
