摘要
以石油沥青为原料,在反应温度380-410℃,恒温时间90-300min,采用热重分析仪(TG)在不同的反应条件下制备中间相沥青,通过偏光显微镜对反应产物分析表征,研究了热处理条件对中间相形成的影响。实验结果表明:温度越高,中间相小球的生长速度越快,中间相含量越高。在开放系统下,390℃、400℃保温300min发现大量中间相小球相互接触但并不融并;温度升到410℃时,体中间相较早的形成,同时发泡产生很多孔洞。而封闭系统使中间相形成速率减慢,但中间相小球直径及光学组织尺寸增大。
The formation of mesophase pitch from a petroleum feed at different heat treatment conditions was studied by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis,and resultant pitch samples from its crucible were characterized by polarized opti- cal microscopy. Influence of heat treatment conditions on the mesophase formation was examined at 380-410℃ with soa- king time varied from 90 to 300 min. The results indicated that the mesophase spheres grew faster,and their concentrations increased with increasing the temperature. In open system, mesophase spheres were packed closely but not coalesced at 39℃ and 400℃ ,whereas bulk mesophase with porous structure was formed earlier at the temperature of 410℃. On the other hand,the sealed system slowed down the growth of mesophase,but permitted the formation of mesophase spheres of larger diameters with developed optical texture.
