摘要
对于三电平逆变器中点电压低频振荡问题,传统正弦脉宽调制(sinusoidal pulse width modulation,SPWM)控制一般不具有中点电压平衡控制作用。该文基于不连续脉宽调制(discontinuous pulse width modulation,DPWM)的基本原理,提出了一种半周期动态调节的DPWM(dynamic half carrier-cycle regulative DPWM,DHCR-DPWM)中点电压平衡控制方法。该DHCR-DPWM控制方法通过控制载波周期内某相桥臂开关不动作,使得正负小矢量作用时间相等,实现对中点电压低频振荡的抑制,控制中点电压平衡。与传统SPWM控制相比,该方法能够提高输出波形质量和系统效率。在基于STM32F407-CPLD的二极管中点箝位型三电平逆变器实验平台上进行了实验验证,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和方法的有效性。
In order to suppress the low frequency oscillation of neutral-point voltage for three-level inverters, Traditional sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) control has no effect on controlling neutral-point voltage balance. Based on discontinuous pulse width modulation (DPWM) control, this paper proposed a dynamic half cartier-cycle regulative DPWM (DHCR-DPWM) control method to balance the neutral-point voltage. The proposed DHCR-DPWM control method suppresses low frequency oscillation of neutral-point voltage by keeping the switches no switching of a certain phase in one carrier cycle, so the operation time of small positive and negative vectors is equal. Comparing with traditional SPWM control, the output waveforms quality and the efficiency of the system can be increased by using this method. The experiment has been realized in the experimental platform of neutral point clamped three-level inverter based on STM32F407-CPLD. The experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
