摘要
对比考察了覆砂金属型和水玻璃砂型铸造高锰钢衬板的组织和性能。结果表明,通过覆砂金属型工艺使高锰钢衬板铸态组织中碳化物数量明显减少,冲击韧度最高达94 J/cm2,显著高于相同状态下普通水玻璃砂型铸造的衬板。冲击磨粒磨损试验表明,覆砂金属型高锰钢衬板铸态和热处理态的磨损量分别比热处理态普通水玻璃砂型衬板减小36%和28%;前者耐磨性的提高,不仅与较高的综合力学性能有关,也与其较少的缩松及较高的致密度相关。
The microstructures and properties of high manganese steel liners produced by sand-lined metal mold and common sand mold were investigated in the present study. The results show that the amount of carbide was obviously decreased by the sand-lined metal mold. The impact toughness can be as high as 94 J/cm^2, significantly higher than that of common liner produced by the sand mold in the same condition. Besides, abrasion test shows that the weight loss in the impact-abrasion test for the liner produced by the sand-lined metal mold was decreased 36% in the as-cast and 28% in the heat treated conditions compared with that of sand mold casting. The improvement in the abrasion resistance is believed to be related to relatively high mechanical properties as well as decreased shrinkage defects and its high density of the liners by sand-lined metal mold.
