摘要
研究了锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带的耐酸碱性能,结果显示:在相同质量分数酸溶液中浸渍相同时间后,锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带的强度下降小于普通锦纶粘扣带;锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带的耐碱性能优良;经防酸浸渍整理后锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带耐酸性能较整理前明显提升,且未经防酸浸渍整理的锦纶/丙纶交织粘扣带与经防酸浸渍整理后的普通锦纶粘扣带强度接近。
By researching the acid and alkali resistance property of nylon and polypropylene interwoven velcro, some conclusions could be obtained that in the same concentration of acid solution after dipping the same time, the extent of strength losses of interwoven velcro was less than normal nylon velcro, interwoven velcro had an excellent alkali resistance property, interwoven velcro＇s acid resistance property improved significantly after anti-acid finishing, the strength of the non-finishing interwoven velcro and anti-acid finishing nylon velcro were close to each other.
