摘要
水力喷射压裂作为低渗及非常规油气藏增产的有效方法,在国内外得到广泛应用,但是压裂作业中一旦发生砂卡,将带来巨大经济损失。水力喷射压裂砂卡因素复杂多样,同时缺乏数据难以量化。通过对压裂工程作业流程的综合分析,建立了水力喷射压裂砂卡风险影响因素的层次分析模型;利用层次分析法计算各因素权重,结合模糊综合评价法,分析砂卡风险。现场水力喷射压裂结果验证了该评价体系的合理性,为水力喷射压裂砂卡风险的综合评价与预测提供了符合客观实际的量化模型。
As an effective method for stimulation of low permeability and unconventional reservoirs,hydraulic jet fracturing technology is widely used at home and abroad.However,if sand sticking occurs in the process of fracturing,it will bring huge economic losses.Sand sticking factors are complex and diverse and difficult to quantify due to the lack of data.Through a comprehensive analysis of fracturing process,an analytic hierarchy model of influential factors on the sand sticking risk in the process of hydraulic jet fracturing was proposed.The weight of each factor was calculated with analytic hierarchy process,then,combined with fuzzy integrated evaluation method,the risk of sand sticking was analyzed.The result of field hydraulic jet fracturing has proved the rationality of the evaluation system,it provided an objective quantitative model for evaluating and predicting sand sticking risk of hydraulic jet fracturing.
