摘要
随着国际港口建设工程日益增多,工程项目向大型化、国际化发展,其合同管理越来越重要。以印尼某水泥厂码头及防波堤工程项目为例,结合国外港口工程项目前期工作,分析总结合同签订前需注意问题。在EPC项目合同签订时,需与工程实际相结合,更好地规避合同风险。
With the development of international port project construction, engineering project is developing to large-scale and international-scale type. The contract management is becoming more important. Taking the wharf and breakwater project of one cement plant in Indonesia as an example, combined with the preliminary work of foreign port projects, we analyzed and summarized the problems before contract reaching an agreement. It needs to combining with the engineering practice and avoid the contract risk before EPC contract signed.
