摘要
结节性甲状腺肿是甲状腺最常见的一种良性结节,其是由甲状腺肿演变而来的。甲状腺肿是指甲状腺体积的增大,包括毒性甲状腺肿和非毒性甲状腺肿。结节性甲状腺肿可合并甲状腺功能亢进、甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺癌、桥本甲状腺炎,但结节性甲状腺肿病灶中合并甲状舌管囊肿实属罕见。本文通过对我院收治的4例结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状舌管囊肿的临床资料进行总结分析,初步提出了结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状舌管囊肿的发病机制可能是在早期甲状腺下降过程中,位于甲状腺实质内的甲状舌管未退化闭锁而形成,其治疗方法首选手术。
Nodular goiter is one of the most common benign thyroid nodules,which evolved from goiter.Goiter refers to the increasing volume of thyroid,including toxic goiter and non toxic goiter.Nodular goiter can happen with hyperthy-roidism,thyroid adenoma,thyroid cancer, Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis,but lesion of nodular goiter with thyroglossal duct cyst is rare.This paper summarizes the analysis of 4 cases of nodular goiter combine with thyroglossal duct cyst admitted to our hospital.Preliminarily putting forward the pathogenesis of nodular goiter with thyroglossal duct cyst may be the thy-roglossal duct which is not degraded and atresia in the early stages of thyroid decline,the preferred treatment is surgery.
