摘要
胜任力模型(Competency Model)研究发展几十年来,目前仍是人力资源开发的一大热点。但与理论和建模工具的大量研究成果相比,胜任力模型在实践应用上的成果显著落后。本文聚焦的员工能力开发体系(ECDS)是一套基于胜任力模型的管理体系,该体系有机整合了胜任力模型与人力资源管理各模块,有效克服了模型应用的核心障碍,并推动人力资源管理的整体升级。本文还介绍了A公司的应用实例,以期为企业管理者及相关研究者提供参考。
While use of competency modeling (CM) has grown considerably for decades, it still gets wild attention in study of HR. But compared with the large amount of researches in theory and modeling methods, there are little research or formal description of practice (Sehippmann, j. s., 2010). This article present a management system based on competency model: Employee Competency Development System (ECDS), which mean to improve the practical value of CM by integrated it with human resource management module organic. This article also present a corporate practice of ECDS.
