摘要
本文在对OTP分析模型、绩效差距分析模型、基于胜任力分析模型三种常用培训需求分析模型进行分析和比较的基础上,构建了一种整合性培训需求分析模型,介绍了其原理、流程和技术,并以某财产保险公司为例详细说明了这种方法的应用。本文提出的整合性模型对于实现培训工作科学化、推动企业健康持续发展提供重要人力资本支持。
The essay analyzas and makes comparisons on three general models of demand analysis for Waining employees, namely the OTP analysis, the employees' performance gap analysis and the eraployees ' competence analysis; then, builds thc model of demand for Waining employees based on their corapetence, and list the practical application cases on the model of demand analysis for training employees. By analyzing the practical application cases, the essay intends to establish the system of demand for employees' training complying with the staff structure and their performance. Such a system would provide important support for optimizing the employees' training activities and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
