摘要
针对粘胶纤维行业工艺装备技术水平总体上未能跟上规模扩大的步伐,高耗能、高污染问题制约了粘胶纤维企业发展的现状。唐山三友集团兴达化纤有限公司通过引入新工艺(一步法提硝、蒸汽梯级利用、废水废热综合利用),实现工艺链条优化整合,实施高效节能设备研发(BATCH配方控制的大容量黄化机、高效96锭内置二浴式纺丝机、多段逆流自纠偏网带式精炼机),向产业链上下游延伸开发具有综合性能的新产品,应用行业先进废气废水处理技术(硫氢化钠分离提纯制片技术、活性碳吸附处理CS2技术),以及发展区域循环经济等,达到降低粘胶短纤维生产成本、节能减排的目的,为粘胶纤维行业可持续发展提供新思路。
In view of the present situations that equipment and technologies could not keep pace with the expanded scale in viscose fiber industry, high energy consumption and high pollution problems have restricted the development of viscose fiber companies, through the introduction of new technologies ( concentration nitre extracting technology by acid bath one-step method, cascade utilization of steam, comprehensive utihzation of waste water and heat ), realizing the optimization and integration of process chain, conducting the research and development of energy-efficient equipment (large capacity sulfonated machine of BATCH recipe control, efficient 96 spindle built-in spinning machine with second bath unit, scouring machine with multistage net belt deviation-adjusting device), developing new products with comprehensive performance in extend upstream and downstream industry chain, applying advanced air and water treatment technologies ( separation, purification and making sections technology of sodium hydrosulfide, adsorption treatment technology of CS2 with activated carbon ) , developing regional circular economy, Xingda Chemical Fiber Corporation Ltd.of Tangshan Sanyou Group has achieved the purpose of reducing the production cost and energy conservation of viscose staple fiber, and provided a new way for the sustainable development of viscose fiber industry.
