摘要
基于团队断裂带理论,以沪深300指数成分股企业中的83家企业为研究样本,根据其2009—2013年5年间的数据以实证考察高管团队断裂带、创新能力和国际化战略三者间的关系。研究结果表明:(1)高管团队任务相关断裂带对国际化战略的实行具有负向影响。(2)生理特征断裂带对国际化战略的实行具有正向影响。(3)创新能力在生理特征断裂带与国际化战略的作用过程中起调节作用,即创新能力越强,生理特征断裂带对国际化战略的正向影响越弱。(4)创新能力在任务相关断裂带与国际化战略是否存在调节作用尚不能确定,仍需进一步研究。
Based on team faultlines theory, we carry on the empirical analysis of potential relationship among top management team (TMT) faultlines, innovation capability and internationalization strategy by sample data from 83 Chinese enterprises between 2009 and 2013. The result shows that: (1) Task-related faultlines within the TMT is significantly negative associated with internationalization strategy; (2) Bio-demographic faultlines within the TMT is significantly positive associated with internationalization strategy; (3) Innovation capability has negative moderating effect between Bio-demographic faultlines and internationalization strategy; (4) The moderating effect of innovation capability between Task-related faultlines and internationalization strategy is not clear.
