IL-33/ST2在动脉粥样硬化中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种以冠状动脉管壁粥样纤维斑块的形成为病理特征的低水平慢性炎症性疾病。粥样纤维斑块由大量聚集的巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞、平滑肌细胞及内膜细胞组成,可通过分泌细胞因子、生长因子和其他促炎因子在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。
