摘要
通过浸渍法向ZSM-5分子筛中引入Zn,Ga,La,Ce,Sn等金属元素,对催化剂进行单金属和双金属负载,并对它在甲醇制芳烃反应中的影响进行了研究。研究表明,在对ZSM-5分子筛进行单金属改性时,金属Zn改性的催化剂活性优于Ga改性催化剂,Zn的最佳的负载为1.0%~3.0%;对ZSM-5分子筛进行双金属联合改性时,Zn与M元素间形成了协同作用,而所考察的催化剂中最优的为2%Zn/0.6%Ce/HZSM-5催化剂,其C5+烃类和芳烃收率分别为59.09%和42.08%;经金属改性的催化剂酸性减弱,但稳定性有所提高。
Nano-ZSM-5 catalysts were modified by metal ions Zn, Ga, La, Ce, Sn through impregnation method, and the effects of monometallic and bimetallic loading of ZSM-5catalysts on the reaction of methanol to aromatics (MTA) were studied. The results showed that when ZSM-5 catalysts were modified by single metal, the catalytic activity of Zn-modified catalysts was better than the Ga - modified catalysts, the optimum loading range of Zn is 1% 3% ;when ZSM-5 catalysts were modified by double metal, Zn and metal M would form a synergistic effect,and 2% Zn/0.6% Ce/HZSM-Scatalyst was the optimal catalyst in the study ,the yield of C5 + hydrocarbons and aromatics were 59.09% and 42.08%, respectively;the acidity of metal-modified catalysts were decreased, but the stability were improved.
