摘要
以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)和第三组分1,2-丙二醇为基本原料,采用熔融缩聚的工艺路线,制备得到PPET共聚酯。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热台偏光显微镜(POM)对PPET的非等温结晶行为进行研究。结果表明,共聚体系中引入了1,2-丙二醇,使PPET共聚酯大分子结构规整性受到了一定程度的破坏,导致结晶能力下降。非等温结晶动力学研究表明,Jeziorny方法可以很好地分析PPET的非等温结晶过程。
The PPET copolyesters have been synthesized by using terephthalie acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG) and the third component 1,2-propylene glycol as raw materials through melt polyeondensation process. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and hot stage polarized light microscopy (POM) was used to analyze the nonisothermal crystallization behavior of PPET copolyesters. The results showed that the crystallization ability of PPET eopolyesters could be decreased owing to the damage of the regularity molecular structure of PPET by adding the 1,2-propylene glycol units to the copolymerization system. Nonisothermal crystallization kinetics study confirmed that Jeziorny methods could be applied to analyze the nonisothermal crystallization process better.
