C85抗冲耐磨混凝土配合比设计与研究

摘要 通过粉煤灰掺量及水胶比对比试验,确定了C85抗冲耐磨混凝土中粉煤灰的掺量及合适的水胶比。采用正交试验法综合研究8个因素(水胶比、砂率、用水量、粗骨料品质、粉煤灰掺量、硅粉掺量、减水剂种类和缓凝剂掺量)对混凝土抗压强度影响的主次关系。结果表明:粉煤灰掺量采用12%,水胶比采用0.25;8个因素中,水胶比、粗骨料品质以及硅粉掺量是影响混凝土强度的重要因素。 Comparison studies are carried out on the C85 abrasion-resistant concrete to determine the optimal mixing content of fly ash and the water-cement ratio.Eight factors that could affect the compressive strength of the concrete, in-cluding the water-cement ratio, sand ratio, water content, the quality of coarse aggregate, mixing contents of fly ash and silica powder, type of the superplasticizer, and the content of retarder, are studied with orthogonal experiment method. Results show that the optimal mixing content of fly ash is 12%and the optimal water-cement ratio is 0.25.Among the eight factors, the water-cement ratio, the quality of coarse aggregate and the mixing content of silica powder are more in-fluential on the strength of the concrete.
