摘要
水平井开发方式在世界范围内不同类型油气藏(气顶/稠油/底水等)已经逐步得到了广泛应用。利用水平井开发海上底水油藏较直井优势明显,如初期产量高、投资回收期短等。但暴露出的问题也日益突出,尤其是稠油底水油藏水平井产量递减快、底水上升快和找水控水困难等。常规的做法是下入井下测试工具测试或利用数值模拟方法,前者风险大,且价格较为昂贵;后者由于储层渗流方式复杂,建立和求解数学物理模型难度大。本文针对渤海海上曹妃甸油田的实际生产情况,利用偏最小二乘法进行多元回归分析,建立产能与影响因素之间的经验模型。对曹妃甸11-1油田生产井进行了预测,预测结果显示平均单井产能和含水率与实际相比,误差率分别为5.8%和4.9%,精确度较高,可以为油田的稳油控水措施提供技术依据,取得了良好的效果。
Horizontal well development way in the world of different reservoirs(gas cap / bot- tom water of heavy oil,etc. )has gradually been widely application.Take advantage of develop- ing offshore horizontal well bottom water reservoir with vertical wells,such as high yield,short payback period early.But also the problems exposed by the increasingly prominent,especially of heavy oil bottom water reservoir with horizontal well production decline fast,bottom water rising fast and difficulties for water water control.The conventional approach is down to downhole testing tool for testing or using numerical simulation method, the former risk is big, and the price is more expensive.The latter due to the complexity of reservoir seepage way,set up and solving mathematical physics model is difficult. In this paper, based on the practical production situation,the bohai sea caofeidian oilfield by using partial least squares multiple regression analysis,established between capacity and influencing factors of the empirical model.Caofeidian 11-1 oilfield production wells for the prediction,prediction results show that the average single well production capacity and moisture content compared with to the actual error rate were 5.8 % and 4.9 % respectively, the accuracy is higher,for oil field oil water control measures to provide technical basis, has obtained the good effect.
