血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测在缺血性脑卒中临床分型中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析缺血性脑卒中患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平,为缺血性脑卒中临床分型提供客观依据。方法收集缺血性脑卒中患者615例作为研究对象,依据牛津郡社区卒中计划(OCSP)将其分为完全前循环梗死(TACI)、部分前循环梗死(PACI)、后循环梗死(POCI)和腔隙性梗死(LACI)。以我院230例健康体检人群为对照组。采用酶联免疫分析法检测各型缺血性脑卒中患者及对照组的NSE含量,比较各型患者与对照组的NSE含量差异,并分析其与神经功能缺损评估(NIHSS)的相关性。结果 TACI组、PACI组、POCI组与LACI组的NSE含量分别为(32.7±5.0)μg/L、(26.3±5.5)μg/L、(18.9±4.4)μg/L和(12.6±3.9)μg/L,分别与对照组的(6.7±2.8)μg/L比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),各型间NSE含量比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与NIHSS评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清NSE检测可为临床上缺血性脑卒中患者进行准确的OCSP分型提供客观血清学指标,其与神经缺损程度呈正相关。
