摘要
文中根据磁流变液阻尼器的典型磁路结构,分析了影响磁流变阻尼器最大阻尼出力的相关因素,设计了一种能有效增大减震器阻尼出力的新型阻尼器,且该阻尼器不需要额外增加减震器的空间尺寸。并针对这种新型的阻尼器进行了磁场设计,提出了有效避免设计中遇到的磁流变效应未能充分利用的方法。设计中利用ANSYS软件进行磁场有限元分析,表明了有限元方法在磁流变阻尼器磁路设计中的应用价值。
The related factors which have influence on the maximum output power of the magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) are analyzed based on the typical magnetic path structure of the MRF damper and a new type MRF absorb which can effectively add the output force on the condition without increasing the additional spatial size is designed. The definite new damper is taken for example to conducts magnetic field design and a method is put forward to avoid the problem in the design that the magneto-rheological effect fail to be taken advantage of. The design uses the ANSYS software to conduct the mag- netic field finite element analysis(FEA) and indicates the application value of the finite element method(FEM) in the design of the MRF damper.
