节能型海鲜菇培养房设计

摘要 海鲜菇工厂化栽培过程中菌丝需在温度23~28℃、CO2浓度不超过2 000×10-6的环境中培养及后熟120 d才具备出菇能力,需要制冷设备,设备投入成本和培养成本高。节能型海鲜菇培养房利用水帘进行降温,在1个相对封闭的菇房里对温度、湿度及二氧化碳含量进行调节,创造比较适合菌丝生长的环境。该节能型培养房投资少、运行成本低,能有效缩短菌丝培养与后熟周期,实现自动化运行,具有推广价值。 During industrilized cultivation, hypha of Hypsizygus marmoreus can produce fruit when it is cultivated at tempreture of 23 ~28℃ with concentration under 2 000~104 and 120d of postharvestripening. It needs refrigeration equipment, leading high cost of input and cultivation. Tempreture was decreased by water screen at energy-saving cultivation room for Hypsizygus marmoreus. Tempreture, humidity and carbon dioxide content were adjusted in a closed relatively cultivation room in order to creat environment suitable to hypha growth of Hypsizygus marmoreus. This energy- saving cultivation room could be run automatically and had extension potential because of small investment, low run cost and short cycle of cultivation and and postharvest ripening.
