摘要 目的:探讨临床医学本科专业教学改革的基本思路和实践。方法:充分利用综合性大学的优势,实现文、理、医学科的渗透融通,以能力培养为主线,以器官-系统为中心对基础医学和临床医学的核心课程分别进行整合;设置"基础医学PBL课程"和"临床医学PBL课程";通过自学和课堂互动,培养学生自主学习和终身学习的能力。结果:通过临床医学本科专业培养使学生成为具有初步临床能力、终身学习能力和良好职业素质的应用型医学人才,为学生毕业后继续深造和从事医疗卫生服务工作奠定必要的基础。结论:课程整合、自主学习、PBL是临床医学本科专业教学改革的发展趋势。 Objective: To explore the basic ideas and practice of the teaching reform of undergraduate clinical major. Methods:The advantages of a comprehensive university was fully used to realize the integration of liberal arts, science and medical disci-plines, and basic medical courses and clinical medical core courses were integrated with ability cultivation as the main line and organ-system as the center; "Basic Medical PBL Course"and "Clinical Medical PBL Course" were offered; through self-study and classroom interaction, students' ability of au-tonomous learning and lifelong learning was cultivated. Result:Through the cultivation of undergraduate clinical medical major, students were cultivated to be applied medical talents with pre-liminary clinical ability, lifelong ability and qualified professional quality, which has laid a necessary foundation for their further learning and medical service work after graduation. Conclusion:Course integration, autonomous learning and PBL are the devel-opment trends in the teaching reform of undergraduate clinical medical major.
