摘要
一个干部的个人经历和社会实践都会在干部的人事档案中体现出来,它记录了一个干部从学生到一名工作者的风风雨雨,高校的人事部门在招聘的时候都是以干部的人事档案为主要依据来进行选拔的。但是由于现在大多数的高校只是以教学为中心工作,没有意识到干部人事档案管理的重要性,忽略了对干部人事档案管理的监管和创新。使得高校干部人事档案的管理工作没有很好的进行。
The personal experience and social practice of a cadre will be reflected in his or her personnel archive which records his or her life from a student to a worker, so college cadres are mainly selected in accordance with their personnel archives. But cur-rently, a majority of colleges take teaching as their center and have not realized the importance of personnel archives manage-ment, neglecting the supervision and innovation of personnel archives management, which has made college cadres' personnel archives management less effective.
