摘要
在合成金刚石的过程中,叶蜡石密封性能的降低会出现气泡,影响顶锤寿命,给企业带来较大的经济损失。笔者根据实际生产情况,建立叶蜡石密封边流变性与六面顶顶锤结构之间的模型,并提出因顶锤模型设计的原因,叶蜡石密封边两端的相对压缩密度比中间小,造成密封边两端密封性能较弱,这就是气泡常在密封边两端产生的重要原因之一。
During the process of diamond synthesis,the reducing sealing performance of pyrophyllite will generate bubbles which influences the service life of anvil and causes big economic losses for enterprise.The author has set up a model between pyrophyllite seal-ing edge rheological property and anvil structure of cubic press according to the actual production condition.He also points out that due to the model design of the anvil,the relative compression density of both sides of the pyrophyllite sealing edge is smaller than that in the middle.This leads to the weaker sealing performance for the both sides of the sealing edge and contributes to the reasons why bubbles always generate at both sides of the sealing edge.
