摘要
该文通过对H4井口连接器处的VX钢圈在预紧状态和工作状态下,进行受力分析和变形计算,依据GB150-2011《压力容器》标准中VX钢圈密封面上的法向自紧力必须大于等于工作密封比压的密封可靠性要求,得到了水下采油树H4井口连接器处最大和最小预留轴向密封间隙计算公式。研究表明,此轴向密封间隙不仅与VX钢圈的结构尺寸、双锥面倾角和材料类型有关,而且还与高压井口头直径的大小、油气压力等因素有关。
This paper presents the stress analysis and deformation calculation under the preloading and working conditions at the VX gasket in the H4 connector which is based on the standard of GB150-2011 "Pressure vessel", stating that the normal force of sealing surface must be equal or greater than the demand of sealing specific pressure under working condi- tions. The results show that the axial sealing clearance is not only closely connected with the size of the VX gasket, double cone angle and material type, but also affected by the diameter of the high pressure wellhead and oil pressure.
