尿动力学检查对防治前列腺增生症术后膀胱颈挛缩的疗效研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨尿动力学检查对预防前列腺增生症术后膀胱颈挛缩上尿路损害的效果。方法将本院82例近期行经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组患者术后定期进行尿动力学检查;对照组患者不检查尿动力学。所有患者入院前检查血压、心率、肝功能、肾功能等项。对患者进行2年随访,每6个月统计一次肾功能损害和上尿路积水的发现率,并比较患者超声检查结果。结果随访24个月后,研究组各项指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05),可见研究组患者上尿路损害小;24个月后研究组前列腺增生预后情况优于对照组。结论尿动力学检查可及时发现并治疗,有效降低术后膀胱颈挛缩上尿路损害的发生率。 Objective To study the clinical value of urodynamics examination for prevention of upper urinary tract damage in patients with bladder neck contracture after hyperplasia of prostate. Methods Selecting 82 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia for transure- thral resection of prostate recently, and radomly dividing them into study group and control group. Patients took regular urodynamic exami- nation after operation, and control group had no urodynamic examination. All patients took detection of blood pressure, heart rate, blood routine, liver function, kidney function before hospitalization. Patients were followed up for 2 years. Every 6 months, detection rate of uri- nary function damage and upper urinary water was found, and the patients' ultrasonic test result was compared. Results Through following up for 24 months, each index in study group is significantly better than in the control group(P 〈 0.05 ). So the research finds that the upper urinary damage of patients in the study groups is less. After 24 months, the postoperative condition of benign prostatic hyperplasia is superi- or to the control group. Conclusion Urodynamic examination can effectively reduce upper urinary tract damage incidence rate for patiens with bladder neck contracture, and it is conducive to the timely detection and treatment for patients.
