The Effect of Crosslinking Methods on the Performance of Acrylate Pressure Sensitive Adhesive

摘要 丙烯酸酯压敏胶具有较好的耐高低温性能和粘接强度,其产品被广泛应用在包装胶带、保护胶带和双面胶带等产品中,具有较高的研究价值。丙烯酸酯聚合物中的各种外加助剂(如交联剂、引发剂、乳化剂等)对其性能都有不同程度的影响,但影响最大的还是聚合物本身。在丙烯酸酯压敏胶预聚物的合成中,单体的配比、引发剂的量、反应温度、聚合方法等对压敏胶的综合性能都有着一定的影响。考察了几种交联剂及其配比对压敏胶综合性能的影响。 The acrylate pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) have good performances, such as high and low temperature resistance and bonding strength. Its products are widely applied in package, protective and double adhesive tape, and it has high research value. The different additives (crosslink agent, initiator, emulsion agent) in acrylate polymer have various effects on the properties of PSA. But the polymer itself has the greatest effect on the PSA. In the synthesis of acrylate pressure sensitive adhesive, the ratio of soft to rigid monomer, initiator amount, reaction temperature and synthetic methods all have effects on the properties of PSA. The effects of various crosslinking agents and their proportions on the comprehensive per- formances of PSA are studied.
