摘要
高职院校会计人才培养模式目前主要存在四方面问题:一是"校企合作、工学结合"整合度不高;二是现有的会计人才培养模式与企业需求吻合度不高;三是专业课程设置与会计职业特点匹配度不高;四是实训条件有限,缺少真正意义的"双师型"教师。要解决这些问题,须以会计人才培养目标为基础,合理设置会计专业课程;完善企业、学校、行业三方平台;准确定位会计人才培养目标;落实师生双向培养模式;建立健全会计人才培养保障体系。
Accounting personnel training mode has been the focus of accounting professional talent training in universities. The current accounting personnel training mode in Higher Vocational Colleges mainly displays four characteristic. Firstly, the integration degree about ＂school enterprise cooperation and work study combination＂ is not high. Secondly, the existing accounting talents training mode does not integrate with the enterprise demand. Thirdly, the curriculum setting does not match the accounting occupation characteristics. Fourthly, the training conditions are limited, which is the lack of the real meaning of ＂ dual-qualification teacher type＂. Aimed to this , the objectives are present in this paper , which is accounting personnel training as the basis, reasonable and perfect accounting professional courses, and the perfect ＂three party＂ platform, accurate positioning of target training accounting talents, the implementation of teacher-student two-way training mode, establishing and perfecting the accounting personnel training mode of the security system strategy.
