摘要
目的探讨开展手术室优质护理干预对患者生理及心理的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2014年12月该院诊治的122例手术患者临床资料,按照不同护理方案分为二组(各61例),对照组行手术室常规护理,观察组行手术室优质护理干预,观察并比较二组手术前与麻醉前生理及心理变化情况;手术并发症发生率以及护理满意率。结果二组手术前生理指标水平相当(P>0.05),而麻醉前观察组SBP、HR指标水平比对照组低(P<0.05);并且观察在二组麻醉前心理状态均较手术前发生明显改善基础上,其改善幅度更大(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组出血、胃肠道不适等手术并发症发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05);同时观察组患者护理满意率93.44%显著高于对照组72.13%(P<0.05)。结论开展手术室优质护理干预对患者生理及心理均具积极影响,同时可以降低手术并发症,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing intervention in operation rooms on the physio logical and psychological development of the patients. Methods The clinical data of 122 patients who had undergone operation between January 2013 and December 2014 were reviewed, and the patients, according to different nursing methods, were divided into two groups （ each with 61 cases）. The patients in the control group underwent routine nursing in the operation rooms, while those in the study group were given quality nursing intervention in the operation rooms. The physiological and psychological changes, incidence of complications and the satisfaction rate to nursing in the two groups were observed and compared before operation and anesthesia. Results There was no significant difference shown in the level of physiological index of the two groups before operation （P〉0. 05）, yet the levels of SBP and HR index of the study group before anesthesia were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, and the mental state of patients in the study group before operation were improved more significantly than the control group （P〈0.05, P〈 0.01）. The incidence of operation complications, such as bleeding and gastrointestinal discomfort in the study group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Besides, the satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 93.44%, significantly higher than that in the control group, which was 72.13% （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Quality nursing intervention in operation room is with positive effect on the physical and mental health of the patients, which can reduce the operation complications and improve nursing satisfaction of patients, thus worthy clinical promotion and application.
