摘要
建立了二氢辣椒碱标准样品的研制方法。采用催化氢化还原辣椒碱提取物和重结晶的方法制备二氢辣椒碱,UV、IR、MS和NMR等方法对二氢辣椒碱结构鉴定,并进行了均匀性、稳定性检验,经国内8个具有分析资质的实验室进行协同定值,二氢辣椒碱标准样品的标准值为99.30%,置信度95%的不确定度值为0.32%。所制得二氢辣椒碱标准样品达到国家标准样品的技术要求,可用于有关二氢辣椒碱检测方法的校正和相关产品的质量控制。
To establish the preparation technique of the certified reference material of dihydrocapsaicin. Dihydrocapsaicin was prepared by Pd/C catalytic hydrogenation of capsaicin extract and recrystallization. Its chemical structure was identified by UV, IR, MS and NMR. The homogeneity and stability were systematic checked. A cooperative certification was conducted with 8 qualified laboratories. The results showed that the certified value of the reference material of dihydrocapsaicin was 99.30 % with the expanded uncertainty of 0.32 % in confidence coefficient of 95 %. The reference material of dihydrocapsaicin can conform to the technical requirement of the certified reference material. The materials were intended for use in the method validation and quality control of regarding products.
